Armoured Media Inspired Tarots Pt 2
When Designing the back of the cards, my first step was to find the Armoured Media Logo and stylizing it to work with the deck. I found 2 different variations of this on the Armoured Media accounts. These can be seen in the figures below.

Figure one was found on the official Armored Media Facebook page. It was far better quality than Figure 2 and I used it as a reference more often because of this.
I used the shadows in the original design as a guide within my own recreation. This was quite tricky because the Armoured Media typography is directly on the helmet.

For the shape of the helmet and further development, I managed to find a few references that came in handy. Reference 3 aided in the design of the final shape, while figure 4 helped me figure out the missing shadows.

Next it was the Skeptic Typography that was needed. I took a liking to the design found on Gregory's twitter banner and thought it would be perfect for the cards. Figure 5 shows this banner. This would also lead me to look for a similar font in order to bring the design together. The font I had settled on was the Image font, which has a similar look and feel.

I wanted the border to reflect Gregory's proud Canadian heritage and hid the leaf found on their flag in the corners. Figure 6 shows the Canadian flag. I separated the leaf from the flag and incorporated it in many other designs as well.

The colours that were chosen referenced the Armoured Media main Colour Pallet of Black, white and red. The final design came together perfectly. In the corners of of the cards I added a stylized version of the Armoured Media Logo, as well as my personal logo.
